Shipping policy

We only ship domestically in the United States.

We do not ship internationally.

All orders are a standard shipping rate of $16.00.

Our items are shipped using, United States Postal Service.

If a customer wishes to expedite shipping through another carrier and or service, additional charges will apply.

All packages will come with a tracking number so you can see the progress of your shipment.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clothingmacula@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We will provide all customers with a link for to track all orders.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at Clothingmacula@gmail.com.

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email Clothingmacula@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to Clothingmacula@gmail.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clothingmacula@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Payment Options:

We accept Venmo, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment requirements and instructions:

Only use a payment method that is in your name. When making a purchase, only use a payment method that has sufficient funds available.
